Grieg Logistics updates organizational structure

As of January 1st, 2024, the Grieg Logistics Group has implemented an updated organizational structure. This change involves a reorganization of our subsidiary entities.

• All agency-related services will now be executed under the new subsidiary “Grieg Logistics Shipping Services AS” (org. nr. 932610310) , where Morten Graff is CEO.
• All activity related to the terminals we operate in Skålevik and Slagentangen will be executed under the new subsidiary “Grieg Logistics Terminaler AS” (org. nr. 932610299), where Morten Graff is COO.
• All terminal activity is now organized within the holding company «Grieg Logistics Terminal Holding AS» (org. nr. 932610302), where Stig Trygve Andersen is CEO.

Please be assured that this update does not affect our ownership or management. Bank account details, as well as contact information and addresses will remain the same. The implementation of these changes is expected to proceed smoothly, with no impact on our ongoing operations and commitments.
